Jully Lee, nascida em 3 de julho, na cidade de Santos (SP) Com 12 para 13 anos começou a se interessar pelo mundo dos tambores
Em 1992 iniciou seus estudos de bateria, em um conservatório em Santos, na mesma, Jully estudou durante três anos até 1994, e nesse período Jully resolveu ampliar seus conhecimentos e estudar pedal duplo, e com isso, ingressou na escola de bateria “Arthur Vasconcellos”(banda Vulcano), estudou durante 7 anos.
Em 1994 com sua amigas de classe do colégio formou a banda de Thrash Metal, chamada Excruciation composta só por garotas . A Banda Excruciation,realizou dois trabalhos de estúdio. Apresentou-se em diversas cidades brasileiras e obteve excelente divulgação e aceitação em revistas do gênero (Rock Brigade, Rodie Crew, Planet Metal entre outras ...) Em 1996, Jully participou do 2° Lesson Batuka Concurso Nacional de Bateristas, organizado pela baterista Vera Figueiredo. De forma peculiar, Jully foi a primeira mulher a participar do concurso, não tendo sido imitada por mais nenhuma até hoje. Esta participação rendeu a Jully uma grande experiência , já que ,concorreu com bateristas experientes de todo Brasil
Em 1998, Jully com sua banda Excruciation teve o privilégio de abrir o Show da Banda inglesa Napalm Death (Death Metal), foi uma experiência inesquecível para ela , pois, na época era sua maior influência, e nesse mesmo ano a banda (Excruciation) chega a seu fim...
Tendo como objetivo principal em sua vida, tornar-se uma musicista de sucesso e reconhecida no Brasil e no Exterior, com muita insistência prossegue seus estudos até hoje, ampliando seus conhecimentos, em cursos de bateria em São Paulo e adquirindo experiência com grandes bateristas Jully fez aula com Mauricio Leite, Duda Neves, Ivan Busic, Ricardo Confessori, Aquiles Priester entre outros feras da bateria.
No ano de 2001 com incentivo do seu professor Arthur, Jully começou a Lecionar aulas de bateria para iniciantes e intermediários
Em 2002 Jully forma a Banda de cover Rocks Hollywood a mesma tocava clássicos do Hard Rock Pop da década de 80, a banda fez várias apresentações em casas de nome da região.
No ano de 2007 foi convidada para tocar na melhor banda paulista de Hard Rock chamada Hypnochicks formada somente por garotas foi uma experiência ótima, pois estava tocando com excelentes musicistas, No mesmo ano a banda encerrou seus trabalhos.
No ano de 2008 Jully saiu na edição 66 “Mulheres Bateristas” da Revista Modern Drummer Brasil, foi uma grande oportunidade de divulgar seu trabalho.
E em 2011 Jully foi convidada pelo Joel Jr. da escola Drum Time de Curitiba, a Participar do evento inovador e ousado chamado Girls On Drums 2 , junto com as grandes bateristas do cenário brasileiro como Vera Figueiredo, Simone Soul, Lucy Peart entre outras, para ela foi uma grande experiência e foi uma oportunidade para divulgar seu trabalho autoral (Banda Tagma) e com isso, colheu muitos frutos, Rendeu a Jully o contrato com a maior empresa de bateria do Mundo, a Pearl Drums , um sonho mais do que realizado, para ela.
E finalmente em setembro de 2012 Jully lança o Ep intitulado "Spiral" da sua banda de trabalho próprio chamada Tagma, O Ep contem 5 e mais o promo video da música "Masquerade", A banda tem grande influência no Heavy, Thrash e pricincipalmente no Prog Metal. No mesmo ano, Jully ingressou na banda Nervosa ( Thrash metal) formada por garotas, sua passagem foi rápida , pois, queria focar em seu projeto (Tagma Metal)...
No começo de 2014 Jully gravou a bateria da banda Sephion (New Metal) todas as 6 faixas do Ep intitulado "Devil May Cry" foram gravadas em seu Studio (Live Studio/ Santos /São Paulo /Brasil) e com isso gravou o promo vídeo da faixa título do Ep "Devil May Cry"
No fim de 2014 A Tagma Metal Project, lançou mais um single junto com o promo video da música Leave Your Essence que contou com a participação do vocal brasileiro Roddy B. ( atual Last Joker,ex Avenger, Abbadon etc...) o single foi muito bem recebido pelo público do gênero e para nossa surpresa o Dee Snider vocalista da banda lendária Twisted Sister compartilhou o vídeo em seu Twitter pessoal . E no final de 2014 Jully, gravou Três videos tributo ao baterista Cozy Powell, uma de suas principais inspirações...
No ano de 2015 a Tagma Metal Project lançou o vídeo Promo da faixa instrumental "Heavy Baião", que foi bem aceita e elogiada pelo público, e com isso, chamou atenção de músicos do Gênero como o vocalista Michael Sweet da Banda americana( Stryper) que compartilhou o video em seu perfil pessoal de Facebook.
Em Janeiro de 2016 Jully Lee foi convidada a participar da Metalmania, banda liderada por Robertinho de Recife uma das lendas da guitarra no Brasil, tocou em várias cidades brasileiras. E Nesse mesmo ano, Lançou mais um vídeo Promo da Tagma Metal Project, intulado "Terry 3" ,essa faixa instrumental foi composta em homenagem ao Baterista Terry Bozzio, na qual, sempre foi uma grande inspiração para ela.
Em Junho de 2016 Jully saiu na Edição n°209 Mulheres no Rock/Metal da revista Roadie Crew . E finalmente em novembro de 2016 lança mais um vídeo da Tagma Metal Project, intulado "The World is Fading" , foi a última faixa do EP Spiral, que em breve será vendido em seu site...
Atualmente Jully está residindo na cidade de São Paulo (capital),e esta preparando seu CD solo com vários convidados.... aguardem!!!
Jully sempre chamou e chama a atenção em suas apresentações, pela sua forma de tocar e também pela sua performance de palco quem assiste fica “extasiado”. A garota é persistente e ama o que faz e acredita em seus sonhos e sabe que por possuir dedicação e talento, reconhecido pelos “experts” que puderam observá-la em suas apresentações, não desiste de seu sonhos e acredita que, quem trabalha com a verdade e com amor e com muita Fé em Deus, colherá grandes Frutos...

Jully Lee was born on July 3rd in the Santos City , SP, Brazil.
When she was 12, almost 13 years, her interest in the drums has begun.
In 1992 she has started her music studies, in a music school in Santos, where she stayed until 1994. During that time Jully decided to improve her knowledge and started to dedicate herself to master the double bass pedal technique, and with that in mind, she started studying in the drumming school “Arthur Vasconcellos” and studied with him for the next 7 years.
In 1994, along with some of her friends, she started a Thrash Metal band called "Excruciation", formed only by women. The band recorded 2 albums and toured through several Brazilian cities, getting very good reviews and excellent reception from the specialized media (like the Brazilian magazines Rodie Crew, Rock Brigade, Planet Metal and others). In 1996 Jully participated of the 2° Lesson Batuka – a National Drumming Competition, organized by the Drummer Vera Figueiredo. Jully has been the first woman to participate of that competition, fact yet to be matched by any other woman. This has granted Jully a great deal of experience, since she was running against many other very experienced drummers from all over Brazil.
In 1998 Jully had the privilege to be the opening act of a concert from the English band Napalm Death, it’s been an unforgettable experience for her, at the time, they were her biggest influence. In the same year, the band came to an end.
Having as her biggest goal, to become a musician of great success and renown, not only in Brazil, but also abroad, Jully is still working hard, devoting herself to her studies, always trying to enhance her knowledge, attending drum workshops whenever she can and trying to learn whatever she can with other great drummers. She has already studied with Mauricio Leite, Duda Neves, Ivan Busic, Ricardo Confessori, Aquiles Priester, among other exceptional drummers.
In 2001, with the support of her instructor Arthur, Jully has started teaching drum lessons for beginning and intermediate students at the school that belonged to her instructor.
In 2002, July has formed the Hard Rock band called Rocks Hollywood, where she played covers hits from the Classic and Hard rock of the 80’s, touring many famous nightclubs of the region.
In 2008 Jully appeared in the issue number 66 of the Modern Drummer Brasil magazine, another great opportunity for her to show her work.
In the year 2011, Jully was invited by Joel Jr (Drum Time School / Curitiba/PR), Attend the event Girls On Drums 2, with the great drummers of the Brazilian scenario Vera Figueiredo, Simone Soul, Lucy Peart among others , it was a great opportunity to promote her work (Band Tagma).
Jully signed a contract with the Best drum in the world, Pearl drums,a great dream realized for her.
In September of 2012 Jully, released Ep titled "Spiral" of her original work called Tagma Metal Project, the EP contains five tracks, and the promo video of the song "Masquerade", The band has great influence in Heavy metal, Trash metal and in Prog Metal.
In the same year Jully joined the Nervosa Band, is an all female thrash metal from São Paulo, Brazil, its passage through the band was fast , Jully wanted to dedicate for her project.
In January of 2014, recorded all drum tracks of Sephion band (New Metal) all the tracks were recorded in her Studio (Studio Live / Santos São Paulo Brazil) and recorded the promo video , called "Devil May Cry" .. .
That same year, The Tagma Metal Project, released another single and the promo video called "Leave Your Essence" with special guest on vocals Roddy B. (Last Joker,ex Avenger, Abaddon etc ...) at the end of 2014 Jully, recorded three videos tribute to drummer Cozy Powell, one of her main inspirations ...
In june of 2015 Tagma Metal Project released 3°Promo video instrumental track ''Heavy Baiao'', which was well accepted and praised by the public, and that drew attention of Gender musicians like, vocalist Michael Sweet of American Band (Stryper) shared the video on his Facebook Profile.
In January of 2016 Jully Lee was invited to play in Metalmania band, led by Robertinho de Recife one of the legends of the guitar in Brazil, played in several Brazilian cities. And that same year, She released another promo video of the Tagma Metal Project, entitled "Terry 3", this instrumental track was composed in honor of Drummer Terry Bozzio, in which, has always been a great inspiration for her.
In June of 2016 Jully was in the Edition # 209 Women in the Rock / Metal of the magazine Roadie Crew (Brazilian Magazine). In November 2016, was released another video of the Tagma Metal Project, entitled "The World is Fading", was the last track of the EP Spiral, soon to be sold on this website ...
Jully is teaching her classes at School music in São Paulo city doing shows and workshops in Brazil, promoting the Tagma Band and Pearl Drums
Nowadays Jully is living in São Paulo City Brazil, and she is preparing her Cd Solo with several special guests. Soon!
Jully always amazes everybody with her way of playing and with her stage performance, astonishing the audience. She’s persistent and fights for what she believes, striving to achieve her goals, knowing that she has the talent and the dedication, fact stated time and again by drumming experts that could watch her performing live. She refuses to give up and awaits an opportunity to reach new heights.
